As per the instructions we have downloaded & installed gauss 16 with the license activated into it , but were can i get the MaxLik pacakge from or other packages for mac os.

The Maxlik Application Module is not platform specific. If you have app_ml_5.0_WIN.zip on your download account, you should download and install that file. It will work without problem on Mac.
