I have been trying to install TSPDLIB for some time, but I have just been unable to do that. I followed the steps explained here. Gauss progresses and extracts the files as with other applications, but in the end it says "An error occurred while installing the application(s)." The only thing it does is extracting the zip in the Gauss folder, bit the application is not installed and cannot be loaded. What can be the problem?

What is the name of the zip file that you are installing? I suspect you may have downloaded the source zip file from Github which is not a GAUSS package. That file will just unzip inside of GAUSS and will not result in a useable GAUSS installed package.
You can contact GAUSS Support to get the correct package zip file.
