goes up plot

my data is y={-0.1, -0.2,-0.4,-0.8} and x= time;

drawing plot leads to locating line under X axis but I want to put the line above the x axis.  notice that not its mirror. in fact, Move the graph upwards. are my explanations clear?

What is the exact line of code that you use to draw the plot? Which version of GAUSS are you using?
