Error in Help Engine Setup

Question

but when I double-click Gauss-Light, in order to open the program, I receive an error message: "failed to setup help engine: cannot load sqlit database driver!"

In fact, I don't have an help engine installed in the program, which in very inconvenient. Does anyone know how could I fix this problem?

Which version of GAUSS Light (13, 14, etc)? What operating system are you using (Windows 7 32-bit, Windows 8.1 64-bit, Mac OSX Mavericks, Ubuntu Linux 14.04, etc)?

It's version 14, and I'm using windows XP 32-bit
