I bought Gauss and installed it on my laptop with windows8,,,, but recently i wanna make my laptop windows7,,,,,does it have license issue, in other words, do i need buy it again?... many thanks!

Since the license is tied to the computer hardware, you will most likely be able to use the same license after you install Windows 7. If you have any trouble, contact Aptech on the "Contact Us" page and they will help you.
On a more general note, you are allowed to transfer your GAUSS license from one computer to another. The license for one computer will not work on another, however, so you will need to contact Aptech to get a replacement license for the new computer.
