GAUSS Light Help Engine

By running GAUSS 14 Light, I always receive the message

Failed to setup help engine. Cannot load sqlite database driver!

Hence, I cannot use the help engine in the program.

My GAUSS version is GAUSS_Light_14_Win_32.

My system is Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 Bit.

Does anybody know how I can fix that problem?
