gauss remote execution

Hi, i'm running tgauss from a PHP page as user www-data on a server with the command

tgauss -b filename

but doesn't work.

If i execute that command manually in a bash as another user it works correctly.

How can i do it from a website ? Is there some configuration file to change ?
