I have a copy edition of GAUSS 9. It's run perfectly with Windows XP.
But when I try to install GAUSS 9 on my new computer, a Windows Seven 64 bit, I'm facing the following issue :
The following files did not self-register or unregister: 1. C:\Windows\SysWOW64\MSHFLXGD.OCX Access Error to OLE Register.
Please can you help me ?

The first thing I would try is rebooting Windows and attempting to install GAUSS before you open any other programs. If you still get the error, it could be a problem with registry permissions and this MSDN blog post may be helpful
