I am very new to Gauss and know some basics from the experience. I am trying to replicate Laubach and 2003 to use it for my own paper. The link offered the R code but it did not work for me. So I am trying to write gauss code by myself. How to estimate the parameters in the state space model of the first step with MLE estimation method?
