Hello,
Last week I requested a year long license. I received the license before my temporary license expired, and I followed the prompt and put the year long license in my Gauss folder. Although it is in the folder, I believe gauss does not recognize the license number. I have a screenshot of the license number in the gauss folder, but the forum will not let me attach it. There is a possibility I could have done something wrong and if you could help direct me on what to do, I would really appreciate it.
